At Charles Supper Company, your purchasing experience means the world to us. We recently discovered a technical issue that may prevent Chrome users from adding more than one item to their cart when using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows, released between June and July 2025.
When selecting a second item, the first one may disappear — causing the cart to only hold one item at a time. This issue appears to be limited to the newest Chrome version on Windows devices. Other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, and Safari are not affected.
In many cases, this can be quickly resolved by resetting Chrome to its default settings:
Alternatively, you can try placing your order using another browser such as Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
Please note: Resetting your browser to default settings may remove saved data such as browsing history, stored passwords, or site preferences.
